1. Products
Our bouquets are carefully composed of seasonal flowers, free from pesticides, and sustainably packaged. Each bouquet is unique; photos are for illustration purposes only.
2. Ordering and payment
You can order through our webshop. Payment is securely processed via iDEAL, credit card, or other methods offered through Mollie.
3. Delivery
We deliver flowers to your home via parcel service. Orders placed before 13:00 are generally delivered the next business day. We are dependent on external carriers for this.
4. Complaints and returns
Flowers are a fresh product. If you are not satisfied, please let us know within 24 hours via info@rawandpure.nl, preferably with a photo. We will work together to find a suitable solution.
Please note: the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable products such as flowers.5. Liability
Raw & Pure is not liable for delays or damages caused by third parties (such as carriers) or incorrect information provided during ordering.
6. Privacy
Your data will only be used for processing orders and will never be provided to third parties without your consent. Please also refer to our privacy statement.
7. Applicable law
Dutch law applies to all agreements.
